HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN TOUR GCX?
TOUR GCX offers individual and corporate membership plans that are designed to

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN TOUR GCX MEMBERSHIP?
Tour GCX membership entitles a member to reserve up to 10 tee times (foursomes)
at select private golf clubs in the Tour GCX network. TOUR GCX members will
also have exclusive access to unique golf experiences including special events,
tournaments, pro-ams, clinics, outings and travel packages.

HOW WILL I BE TREATED AT THE CLUB?
TOUR GCX members will be treated like a member of the club for the day and will

WHEN CAN I PLAY?
There is a wide variety of tee times available to our members at
TOUR GCX partner clubs. Seven of your ten plays are reserved for weekday play.
All tee time requests are subject to availability.

WHAT IS THE GUEST POLICY?
Members of TOUR GCX reserve an unescorted
foursome at TOUR GCX partner clubs and may bring up to three playing partners.
TOUR GCX special events may be limited to members only, or may involve one to
three playing partners.

WHAT IS THE TOUR CARD?
The TOUR Card represents your 12 month membership in
the TOUR GCX program. It will be issued to you upon your acceptance into TOUR
GCX. The TOUR Card stores your available golf tee units and also acts as a stored
currency solution, allowing you to pay for food and beverages, pro shop purchases,
private lessons, and other related products and services at TOUR GCX partner clubs.

HOW LONG IS THE TOUR CARD VALID?
The TOUR Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The TOUR Card
can be renewed upon completion of the stored tee units for a new annual term.
Additional currency can be added to the TOUR Card at any time.

IS THE TOUR CARD TRANSFERABLE?
No, the Tour Card is not transferable under any circumstances. The TOUR member
member must be present at all times when a reserved tee time is being used. Your
TOUR card and a picture ID will be required upon arrival.

HOW DO I RESERVE A TEE TIME?
Simply call the TOUR GCX reservation desk and tell them the region, date and
Approximate time you would like to play. The TOUR GCX reservation desk will
confirm the reservation or suggest the next best alternative.

CAN I CALL A TOUR GCX PARTNER CLUB DIRECTLY TO MAKE A TEE TIME?
No, all tee times must be booked through the TOUR GCX reservation desk.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE A TEE TIME?
You can make a tee time up to two weeks prior to the playing date. Note that
Reservations for weekday play must be made no later than 3 pm of the day
Preceding the reservation. For weekend play we require 48 hour advanced notice.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
An existing reservation can be cancelled up to noon of the previous day for play
During the week and 48hrs in advance for weekend play.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES I CAN PLAY A PARTICULAR COURSE?
Yes, you can play the same course a maximum of three times in one playing season. If you wish to play a course more than three times in one playing season, prior approval by the TOUR GCX partner club is necessary.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE A CADDIE OR A FORE-CADDIE?
Yes, TOUR GCX members are required to take a caddie or a fore-caddie if
Available. Caddie/fore-caddie expense is the responsibility of the TOUR GCX
Member and must be handled on-site with cash. Golf carts are included as part of
your membership.

WHAT AREAS OF THE CLUB CAN I USE?
TOUR GCX members have full access to the golf course, golf practice areas
The pro shop, locker rooms and dining facilities.

IS THERE A MINIMUM HANDICAP REQUIRED?
Yes, a USGA handicap or some verification of playing ability is required.

CAN I MAINTAIN USGA HANDICAP AS A MEMBER OF TOUR GCX?
Yes, TOUR GCX Golf Club is recognized as a member of the MGA. Each
Member will receive a unique GHIN number, enabling them to post scores and
Maintain an official USGA handicap online at www.TourGCX.com.
