Tom Doak designed a winner at the Renaissance Club

The Renaissance Club is a private members only golf club, 35 minutes drive from Edinburgh, Scotland. The club provides a service level never before experienced in Scotland, coupled with what has already been lauded as one of the most impressive courses built in the Home of Golf for over a hundred years.  The Club provides a relaxed atmosphere for its members who have an avid passion for golf and respect the traditions and history of the area. There are no assigned tee times and a very special golfing experience awaits any golfer who is lucky enough to see the other side of the impressive entrance.

Tom Doak, of Pacific Dunes and Cape Kidnappers fame, was engaged to design the golf course principally because he is known for allowing the natural terrain of the land to determine the eventual playing conditions of the holes.  With the unrivaled site he had to work with and the skill of design the results are truly spectacular.
